Trucking Super Calc is published by AFT Dispatch, Inc. This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version is that it does not collect any.

Information we collect

None.

Trucking Super Calc does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. We do not operate servers that receive data from this app.

The app has no account system, no sign-in, and no registration. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, company name, MC or DOT number, or any other identifying information.

Information you enter into the app

The figures you enter, including expenses, mileage, equipment details, revenue-side fees, and load information, are stored only on your device. This information is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

Because your entries stay on your device:

  • We cannot see them.
  • We cannot recover them for you.
  • They are not stored on any account we control.

Android backs up app data to your own Google Drive account by default, so if you set up a new phone your figures may be restored along with everything else on the device. That backup belongs to you and sits in your Google account. We have no access to it and we are not told it exists. You can turn device backup off in your Android settings, and you can clear the app’s data at any time from within the app or by uninstalling it.

Analytics, tracking, and advertising

The app contains no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no crash reporting. We do not use cookies or advertising identifiers, and nothing in the app reports your activity back to us.

We do not know how many times you open the app, which features you use, or what numbers you enter.

If you choose to rate the app, Google Play shows you its own rating card inside the app and handles the rating and any review text you write. That goes to Google Play, not to us, and we see it the same way anyone does, as a review on our store listing. You can edit or delete a review you leave from your Google Play account at any time.

Links that open outside the app

The app contains links to places outside it. Tapping one opens your device’s web browser, or the YouTube app if you have it installed. These include:

  • Our website at aftdispatch.com, including free training material and an email signup form
  • Our YouTube channel and videos
  • This privacy policy

The app itself does not request, retrieve, or transmit anything when you tap one of these. It hands the address to your device, and your device opens it. Nothing about you is sent from the app.

Once a page or video opens outside the app, what happens there is governed by the privacy policy of that service and by your browser’s settings, not by this policy.

If you choose to enter your email address into a signup form on our website, that is a separate decision you make on our website, and it is covered by our website privacy policy. The app does not see it, does not pass it along, and is not involved.

Links to our own website carry standard tracking parameters telling us a visitor arrived from the app. These identify the app as the source. They do not identify you.

Children’s privacy

Trucking Super Calc is a business tool for commercial motor carriers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Data sharing and sale

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your information, because we do not have it.

Your rights

Privacy laws including the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, and delete personal information held about you. We hold no personal information from this app, so there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete.

The data you entered is on your device and under your control. You can edit it in the app at any time, or remove all of it by uninstalling the app.

Permissions

Trucking Super Calc requests no device permissions. It does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files, or call history.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles information, we will update this policy and change the last updated date above. If a future version of the app collects any information, we will say so plainly here before that version is released.
